Novigra provides AI-powered business planning intelligence systems. PEP-001 is a decision-support tool that helps structure business planning through an eight-stage methodology.

Novigra products are decision-support tools. They do not guarantee business success, profitability, revenue, funding approval, investment returns, or any specific business outcome. AI-generated analysis should be reviewed, validated, and supplemented with professional advice.

4. Payment Terms

PEP-001 is available as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed through Paystack. Prices are listed in USD.

5. Intellectual Property

The Novigra name, FORGE™ framework, and PEP-001 methodology are proprietary to Novigra. Business plans generated using PEP-001 belong to the user who created them.

6. Data Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. Business data you enter is used solely for generating your business plan outputs. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Novigra shall not be liable for any business decisions made based on outputs from our systems. Users are responsible for validating all AI-generated analysis with qualified professionals.
